We’re sorry if your puzzle didn’t make it in perfect shape! Contact us right away, and we’ll send a replacement so you can enjoy your puzzle without delay.

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the puzzle is still unopened and in its original condition. Reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the return process.

All puzzles are carefully printed and assembled in Indianapolis, with each step—printing, cutting, bagging, and boxing—done in-house.

No glare here! Our matte finish keeps colors rich while minimizing reflection, so you can puzzle comfortably under any lighting.

Each puzzle measures 19.25 × 26 inches, a size that fits standard frames and tables perfectly.

Each puzzle features a varied ribbon cut, giving every piece a unique shape while keeping assembly smooth and satisfying.
