Shipping is simple and straightforward. We offer a flat rate of $7.50 on all orders, and free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you’ll see all shipping details at checkout before completing your purchase.

We’re sorry if your puzzle didn’t make it in perfect shape! Contact us right away, and we’ll send a replacement so you can enjoy your puzzle without delay.

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the puzzle is still unopened and in its original condition. Reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Proudly made in the USA, all of our puzzles are carefully printed and assembled in Indianapolis. Every step of the process—from printing and cutting to bagging and boxing—is completed in-house to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship.

Each puzzle measures 19.25 × 26 inches, a size that fits standard frames and tables perfectly.

Each puzzle features a varied ribbon cut, giving every piece a unique shape while keeping assembly smooth and satisfying.

Currently, we offer 1,000-piece puzzles, with 500-piece editions coming soon.
